Prep Cook

Please note: while this listing is categorized as Food Prep, this is a bar-specific daytime prep position — all prep work supports our cocktail program, not a kitchen.

We're hiring a daytime Bar Prep team member, 10am-4pm Tuesday-Saturday to be the foundation of everything we pour. You'll batch our house cocktails, produce syrups and infusions to spec, and handle daily juicing — precise, consistent production work that our entire bar program is built on. Think of it as mise en place for cocktails: if you come from a kitchen prep background, your skills translate directly here.

For candidates with bar experience, barback shifts during evening service may also be available — supporting bartenders during service, with room to grow within the bar program.
