Premises Liability Litigation Counsel

Overview

• The role involves defending resorts, security and events contractors, product manufacturers, and other large commercial enterprises in high-exposure premises liability matters, including wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims.
• Candidates are expected to be proficient in all phases of litigation, including dispositive motions, expert-intensive discovery, and depositions.
• First-chair or significant second-chair trial experience in catastrophic injury or wrongful death matters is strongly preferred.
• The firm expects team members to participate in the local community.
• This is a partnership-track position.
