What You’ll Be Doing
- ✔️ Managing a blended caseload of premises liability defense and commercial litigation matters — from intake through trial
- ✔️ Handling slip‑and‑fall, negligent security, construction site accidents, and related tort claims alongside contract disputes and business litigation
- ✔️ Conducting depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and representing clients in mediations and arbitrations
- ✔️ Coordinating with expert witnesses, investigators, and retained consultants
- ✔️ Advising commercial and institutional clients on litigation strategy and risk exposure
- ✔️ Appearing in Miami‑Dade and Broward state court proceedings as needed
What We’re Looking For
- ✔️ 5–7 years of premises liability experience — insurance defense backgrounds strongly considered
- ✔️ Proven deposition and motion practice experience; first‑chair or near‑first‑chair trial experience preferred
- ✔️ Strong written and oral advocacy skills with the ability to work independently
- ✔️ Comfortable managing client relationships directly
- ✔️ Self‑directed work ethic suited for a remote‑first environment
