Leading a team of actuaries and data scientists, the full-time Predictive Modeling Manager will focus on advancing pricing strategy, predictive analytics, and business performance across the Property & Casualty portfolio in a hybrid/remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage the development of innovative modeling solutions to enhance pricing precision, customer segmentation, and risk assessment Provide thought leadership in predictive analytics and ensure compliance with model governance and regulatory requirements Mentor and coach team members while overseeing the timely delivery of high-quality analytical solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field 7-9 years of relevant experience in predictive modeling, actuarial projects, or analytics within a Property & Casualty environment Expertise in predictive modeling methodologies and advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and analytical tools Experience with regulatory filings, model governance, and validation practices Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights
