Focused on enhancing project development capabilities, the full-time remote Preconstruction Manager will manage front-end project planning, cost development, and schedule creation while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure successful project transitions into construction. Key responsibilities Lead front-end planning and preconstruction, coordinating with Project Managers and functional teams on cost, schedule, and constructability Develop and maintain budgetary and conceptual pricing models, ensuring alignment with historical data and project assumptions Oversee the RFP process for future projects, including scope definition, bid package development, and contractor evaluation Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project controls within commercial construction, preferably in data centers Proven ability to build conceptual pricing and schedule models for projects in early design stages Experience managing formal RFP processes, including bid leveling and contractor evaluation Familiarity with project management platforms like Procore and strong Excel/financial modeling skills Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences regarding feasibility and risk
