Job Description
- Lead preconstruction activities from project pursuit through handoff to operations.
- Develop conceptual and detailed estimates.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost forecasts.
- Evaluate drawings and specifications for constructability.
- Coordinate subcontractor pricing and procurement efforts.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
- Support permit planning and early project development activities.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in preconstruction, estimating, or construction management.
- Strong commercial construction knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
