Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction planning, estimating, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid packages.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Identify scope gaps, project risks, and value engineering opportunities.
• Develop project budgets and schedules while supporting projects from design through turnover.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction estimating or preconstruction.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project costs.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
