The Opportunity

This position offers considerably more ownership than a traditional estimating role. You'll work directly with developers, clients, and senior leadership, managing multiple projects through the preconstruction process while helping shape budgets, project strategies, and client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead projects through conceptual estimating, design development, and GMP.
• Manage budgets, estimates, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
• Collaborate directly with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee multiple projects at varying stages of preconstruction.
• Help strengthen client relationships and support the company's continued growth.
