Job Description
- Lead preconstruction efforts for commercial ground-up projects ranging from $5M-$20M+
- Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and bid proposals
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the preconstruction process
- Manage value engineering initiatives and cost-saving recommendations
- Support project handoff and ensure a seamless transition to operations teams

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of preconstruction, estimating, or related construction experience
- Experience with ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $5M-$20M+
- Stable work history with demonstrated tenure and career progression
- Strong communication, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
