Compensation: $120K - $160K Base, 15-20% Bonus, ESOP & 401K
I’m partnered with a growing East Coast General Contractor who are looking to bring on a strong Preconstruction leader to focus on Mixed use, Healthcare and Commercial projects across North Carolina.
This is a genuine growth hire. A large portion of their pipeline is negotiated work, they have long-standing developer relationships, and a steady backlog of exciting projects. There’s a clear, expedited pathway into an Executive-level role for the right person.
You’ll be joining a wider, well-structured support team (this isn’t a sink-or-swim environment). xhqgsiq There’s infrastructure in place, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client facing responsibilities
- Coordinating internal and external project teams
- Leading value engineering efforts
- Owning and driving the full preconstruction process
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience across Commercial and/or Multi-Family construction on projects ranging from $10m to $80m
- Strong communication, decision-making and organizational skills
- Ambitious, hard-working and motivated to grow within a company
