Job Description
- Work with preconstruction and supers to get daily reports and updates
- Communicate directly with clients on day to day
- Create master schedules
- Preconstruction and estimating of projects
- Oversee a small team of estimators

The Successful Applicant
- 1-15+ years of experience as a project manager
- Conceptual estimating experience
- Ability to run 3-4 projects at once
- Microsoft suite knowledge
- Experience reading drawings
- Scheduling experience
- Ability to do quantity takeoffs and cost estimating
- Hard bid experience (nice to have)
