Preconstruction Director

Preconstruction Director Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years full time relevant industry experience
- 10+ years demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software solutions
- 5+ years of experience creating GMP contracts
- 5+ years of experience in Northern California with strong relationships in the Subcontractor marketplace
- Bachelor's Degree – Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent/applicable degree; or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
