Qualifications:
To be considered for the Preconstruction Manager position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- 1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in preconstruction management in the construction industry.
- 2. Expertise in project planning, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
- 3. Proficient in a broad spectrum of digital construction tools. (Timberline, Microsoft Office, bid management systems, online plan rooms, and Bluebeam).
- 4. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and practices.
- 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse team of professionals.
- 6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the project.
- 7. A proven track record of managing preconstruction activities for large-scale construction projects.
- 8. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
