Preconstruction & Project CoordinatorThe Preconstruction & Project Coordinator is a key support role within our commercial landscape construction team, responsible for coordinating project setup, supporting estimating efforts, and assisting with execution and cost tracking. This role partners closely with Project Managers, field leadership, and estimators to ensure projects are set up for success and executed efficiently from preconstruction through closeout.Project Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate project schedules, subcontractors, and material deliveries to support efficient executionAssist in maintaining project timelines, milestone tracking, and look-ahead planningSupport issue tracking and escalation in collaboration with Project Managers and field teamsPreconstruction & Estimating SupportAssist with quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and scope reviewsGather vendor and subcontractor pricingSupport proposal development and bid submissionsCommunication & Stakeholder SupportCoordinate communication with clients, General Contractors, and trade partnersAssist with meeting preparation, updates, and documentationMaintain strong, professional relationships across project teamsFinancial & Cost TrackingTrack job costs, commitments, and production quantities on an ongoing basisSupport change order documentation and processingAssist in monitoring cost trends and project performanceDocumentation & Administrative CoordinationMaintain organized project files including RFIs, submittals, and contractsSupport billing documentation and compliance trackingAssist with closeout documentation and turnoverField & Operations CoordinationCoordinate with field teams to align schedules and logisticsVisit jobsites as needed to support execution and issue resolutionEnsure clear communication between field and office teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)3–7 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, estimating, or similar rolesExperience with takeoffs, bidding, or construction estimating preferredAbility to read and interpret plans, specs, and construction documentsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and construction softwareValid driver's license and insurable driving recordMust be able to pass preemployment drug screen
