As a Precon Project Engineer at Samet Corporation you will support the Preconstruction project team by:Obtaining construction related permits from local agenciesAssisting in subcontractor solicitation and contractingEnsuring proper notices are filed and postedUpdating a variety of project logs, status reports and communicationOther duties as needed to support the project teamThe successful candidate will have:A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field of studyExperience working with a general contractor either in a full-time role or through an internshipGood verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft OfficeSamet Corporation is a leader in construction and real estate development services in the Triad area of North Carolina, and has been in business since 1961.
