What You Will Do- Execute TIG welds on diverse materials to meet strict specifications and visual standards.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and complete work accurately.
- Troubleshoot weld and process issues to remove bottlenecks and sustain throughput.
- Collaborate with peers to streamline welding methods and elevate efficiency.
- Follow safety practices and keep your work area clean and organized.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure consistent output.
- Hands-on TIG welding experience; MIG capability is a welcome bonus.
- Comfortable reading and applying information from engineering prints.
- Logical problem-solver with a quality-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented communicator who works well with a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.
