Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Precision Maintenance Tech to support safe, reliable operation of our manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical and rotating machinery, using precision tools and predictive technologies to reduce downtime. You’ll complete preventive maintenance, interpret technical drawings, and collaborate with operations and engineering to improve equipment performance.
You’ll also document work in a CMMS, follow strict safety and environmental standards, and help drive continuous improvement in a modern, sustainable mill environment.
