(profilometers, air gauges, laser micrometers, camber gauges, etc)Makes minor adjustments to ensure cylindricity (taper) and surface finish requirements are met. May replace grinding wheels and similar items.Able to correlate machine settings with size, cylindricity, and surface finish results. Makes minor adjustments and consults with level three technicians to achieve required resultsAble to select and modify tooling and part holding/fixturing techniques for moderately complex jobsHighly proficient and agile in computing machine offsets, clearances, taper, and similar characteristics.
