Crash Champions is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights. You will complete initial estimates, develop full estimates after evaluation, and lock final numbers while managing each repair to meet Crash Champions’ quality standards.
You will keep customers informed about status, coordinate with Body Technicians, and handle paperwork such as disbursements and final closures, ensuring carrier requirements are met
