Pre-School Operations ManagerThe Goddard School of Las Vegas Enterprise is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Pre-School Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our school. This leadership role works closely with the School Director and Ownership to help ensure smooth school operations, strong staff support, and compliance with licensing and school standards.The Pre-School Operations Manager plays an essential role in supporting school administration, team onboarding, staff scheduling, training coordination, compliance tracking, and operational follow-through. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced early childhood education environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day operations of the schoolAssist with staff onboarding, scheduling, and coverage coordinationHelp recruit, support, and develop team membersMaintain employee files, certifications, training records, and documentationSupport payroll-related administrative tasks and internal organizationAssist with classroom observations, coaching, and staff developmentHelp maintain compliance with licensing requirements, Goddard standards, and school policiesPrepare for inspections, quality assurance reviews, and operational follow-upFoster a positive, professional, and supportive school cultureQualificationsExperience in preschool administration, school operations, or a related leadership roleStrong organizational, communication, and follow-through skillsExperience with staff support, onboarding, scheduling, and trainingKnowledge of licensing, compliance, operational, and educational standards in an early childhood settingBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferredMust meet or be able to meet applicable Nevada director certification requirementsPreferred SkillsProfessional, positive, and team-oriented leadership styleAbility to manage multiple responsibilities with strong attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceAbility to maintain confidentiality and use sound professional judgmentSchedule and BenefitsThis is a Monday through Friday leadership opportunity with benefits that may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and bonus eligibility.If you are a strong operational leader who is passionate about supporting staff, maintaining high standards, and helping a pre-school community thrive, we encourage you to apply.
