Pre-School Extended Care Program Monitor

Job TitleThe monitor will supervise and engage in activities with students in grades PreK-2 to PK-4 at our Page Street Campus during recess and after school.Schedule:The position available during the school year is for approximately 30 hours per weekThe monitor will also be working full time during our week long school breaks:October 10 - October 17th, 2025February 17th - February 20th, 2026April 6th - April 13th, 2026Key responsibilities:Support / facilitate student drop off and pick upPlan activities with co-workers (sports, arts and crafts…)Prepare daily snacks as neededAssist faculty as needed throughout the dayKeep all campus space tidy at all timesCommunication with parents and staffResolve any conflicts by implementing social emotional learningOther duties as required by supervisorQualifications:ECE (Early Childhood Education) UnitsCPR training preferredEnthusiastic, fast learner, proactiveTeam-worker with strong communication skillsExperience working and developing age appropriate activities with children ages 2-5 preferred but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to bend, kneel, squat and stand / walk for extended periods of timeFluency in French is a plus but not requiredEligible to work in the USWe offer $25/hr and a dynamic work environment.Live scan background and TB clearance required.
