We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Press Technician to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities include:Manufacture of digital photopolymer printing platesMounting of flat plates and continuous print sleevesScreening plate components for defectsReading and interpreting production schedule as well as departmental schedulesCleaning, stripping, and general processing of plate componentsTroubleshooting print issues relating to plates, sleeves, and inksOperation of grinding latheProduction of printing inkToning of printing ink to digitally matched color standards both at the dispenser and at press-sideProduction and handling of laminating adhesives and cold sealsOrganization and processing of wet materials and solventsPrintpack is proudly an equal-opportunity employer.
