Pre-Owned Vehicle Operations SupportWe are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our corporate team and support pre-owned vehicle operations across our 16-dealership group. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to launch a career in automotive retail operations. You will be trained on all aspects of the position, including vehicle pricing, online merchandising, KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
The right candidate brings curiosity, a strong work ethic, and comfort with technology—we'll teach you the rest.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with competitive pricing strategies for pre-owned inventory across all 16 rooftops using pricing tools and market dataMerchandise pre-owned vehicles for online listings, ensuring photos, descriptions, and vehicle details are accurate and compellingMonitor and track designated key performance indicators (KPIs) across the dealership group and flag trends or concernsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-makingAnalyze pre-owned sales data, turn times, aging inventory, and market conditions to identify opportunitiesPrepare and present data-driven insights to leadership and dealership management teamsCollaborate with general managers and used car managers to ensure operational alignment and best practicesTravel occasionally to dealership locations as needed for training, audits, or operational supportWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annuallyHands-on training and mentorship from senior leadershipMonday–Friday schedule based at Houston corporate headquartersOpportunity to grow within a large, established dealership groupExposure to all facets of pre-owned vehicle operations at scaleHow To ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their interest in the role and any relevant skills or experience.
