Pre-operative ManagerLocation: Austin, TXSalary: $90k-130kPosition Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pre-operative Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Surgery Center and Pre-Admission Testing Clinic. This is a hands-on management role responsible for ensuring effective department coverage and maintaining productivity standards.Responsibilities:Oversee staffing assignments in alignment with department objectives and policies to ensure optimal coverage.Plan, direct, and supervise staff activities to maintain high performance and adherence to standards.Engage actively in unit operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment for patients and staff.Foster a professional and collaborative climate within the nursing units.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role within a surgery or day surgery setting.Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
