Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case law to strategize plaintiff-side personal injury cases
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide legal counsel throughout the pre-litigation process
- Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, demand letters, and settlement agreements
- Develop case strategies based on prior knowledge and successful outcomes
- Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases efficiently and drive case resolution
- Collaborate with a team to ensure cases are processed in a timely and effective manner
Minimum Requirements
- Active California Bar License (Can reside anywhere, but must be CA-licensed)
- Minimum 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
- Strong research and writing skills for legal drafting and case analysis
- Experience handling wrongful death, mass tort, or similar personal injury cases
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases at once and lead a team toward resolution
- Excellent client communication and negotiation skills
