Description
Seeking a full-time Pre-Litigation Case Manager to meaningfully contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and compassionate legal professional with at least 2 years' experience in plaintiff personal injury law. You will manage a full caseload under the supervision of attorneys, acting as the key point of contact for clients, providers, and insurers throughout the life of a case.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain frequent and compassionate communication with clients regarding case status, treatment progress, and legal steps;
• Heavy phone contact with providers and insurance carriers;
• Drafting correspondence and other pre-litigation-related documents.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law (required);
• Strong understanding of New Jersey tort law, court procedures, and e-filing systems;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficient in legal case management software;
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment;
• Treat others with respect and contribute to a positive team environment;
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and PDF conversion software. Excel and PowerPoint experience is necessary;
• Knowledge of Local and State discovery rules;
• Organization skills and attention to detail.
