Owning the client experience and case progress, the full-time Pre-Litigation Case Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering evidence, preparing case summaries, and ensuring timely case movement in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as primary client contact for an active pre-litigation caseload, keeping clients informed on status, next steps, and timelines Collect, organize, and index client documents and evidence while identifying gaps and following up until complete Prepare case summaries and demand documents to support attorney evaluation and maintain accurate case records in the CRM Required qualifications 3+ years in a legal support, case management, paralegal, or client service role, with a preference for plaintiff-side or employment law experience Experience with a CRM or case management system Strong follow-through and ability to meet deadlines without surprises Empathy for working people and a commitment to employee advocacy
