The Personal Injury Treatment Case Manager serves as the primary liaison between injured clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys. This role ensures that clients receive appropriate medical care, that treatment is well-documented, and that all case-related information is accurately maintained to support legal claims and settlements. Responsibilities: • Medical Treatment Coordination Schedule and monitor client medical appointments, including follow-ups and referrals. Track treatment progress and ensure timely collection of medical records and bills (current, prior, and workers’ compensation records) • Case Management & Documentation Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses, treatment plans, and prognosis. Maintain organized case files with detailed notes on client interactions, treatment updates, and correspondence. Upload and manage documents in case management systems. Prepare case summaries and treatment. Participate in file reviews and team meetings. • Client Communication & Support Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure case strategy by providing medical summaries and treatment insights. Provide regular updates to clients on case progress and treatment status. Complete pain levels with every client once a month Educate clients on the importance of treatment compliance and the case timeline. Offer emotional support and guidance throughout the recovery and legal process. Qualifications: 3+ years in personal injury case management Bilingual (English and Spanish) Compensation: $20 hourly
