Pre-Litigation Attorney

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Indiana
- Minimum 2+ years of pre-litigation experience, personal injury exp a plus
- Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Conduct case investigations, gather evidence, and evaluate liability and damages
