We're looking for a motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team and help resolve claims efficiently and fairly before they reach the courtroom.
What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement or transfer to litigation
- Evaluate liability, damages, and insurance coverage to assess case value
- Draft demand letters and build compelling settlement packages
- Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to reach favorable resolutions
- Review and analyze medical records, bills, and liens, and negotiate lien reductions
- Communicate regularly with clients about case status, strategy, and settlement options
- Supervise and work closely with case managers and paralegals
- Identify cases that need litigation and coordinate a smooth handoff to the litigation team
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Arizona, in good standing
- 1–3 years of experience in personal injury, insurance defense, or pre-litigation claims
- Strong negotiation and persuasive writing skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while staying organized and meeting deadlines
- Excellent client communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service
- Proficiency with case management Litify, a plus
- Bilingual in [English/Spanish], a plus
