Pre-Hang Door Assembly

In this role, you will be a key player in assembling and fabricating prepared components into pre-hung door units. We are a custom pre-hanging door shop. We deal with doors from MDF to fiberglass entry doors. This is a detail-oriented job that requires care and precision. We will train but you need to have basic knowledge of measurements and assembly.

If you have a construction background or experience in door and window manufacturing - you are encouraged to apply!

Qualification:

• Know how to read a tape measure.
• Know how to use power tools (drill, saws etc )
• Attention to detail.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Heavy lifting. Up to 150 lbs.
• Building/Assembly experience.
• Experience with Kval Door Machinery a PLUS

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all assembled doors meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment as needed.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and materials usage.
