We care for each other, our safety, our quality, our learning, and our growth.We seek out diversity of thought, experience, and strengths in individuals, so we can continue to innovate as a team.As with all job descriptions at R-V, this job is considered safety-sensitive.General Job DescriptionBand Saw operators use a CNC controlled saw to produce parts by utilizing engineering documents.Duties/ResponsibilitiesMake sure parts match engineering release documentsVerify that the cut list from project planning matches the engineering release documentsPull material from yard using tow motorVerify drawings and cut listDetermine best cutting nest for piece that comes out of materialOperate machine knowing feeds and speeds of machine per cutting materialMaintain tradability of materialFill out inventory sheetsSkills/QualificationsTeam player/problem solverFlexible, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job doneAble to work with co-workers effectively as well as manage a fast paced environmentAble to communicate effectively either by written word, word of mouth, or emailExperience with automated/programmable equipment consolesExperience with tow motors/pallet jacksExperience with overhead cranes/rigging of large materials (i.e.
