Location : Waterloo, IN; Lewisville, TX; Brigham City, UT (one in each location)

Basic Job Functions:

• Build and develop the Pre-Construction team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, expectations, and career development paths.
• Manage team workload, resource allocation, and performance to ensure exceptional customer support and responsiveness.
• Provide leadership and accountability for customer experience initiatives across project development, estimating, technical services, and customer support functions.
• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other functional teams to align Customer Solutions activities with commercial objectives.
• Drive a culture focused on Speed, Expertise, Reliability, Value, and Engagement in all customer interactions.
• Support early project engagement efforts by helping customers with budgeting, technical consultation, value engineering, constructability reviews, and project development.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer experience, value creation, and relationship growth through effective communication, responsiveness, and customer engagement.
• Assist the Sales Manager in leading commercial activities and providing leadership support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five years’ experience in Estimating, Pre-Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Willing and able to travel as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, estimating, scope development, and project delivery processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team
• Success in leading customer-facing teams.
• Demonstrated success improving customer satisfaction, responsiveness, or customer engagement.
