Pre-Boarding Specialist

To support the onboarding of healthcare clinicians, the full-time remote Pre-Boarding Specialist will accurately collect, enter, and maintain provider information while collaborating with recruiting and clinician services teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Review and accurately enter clinician data through standardized processes Maintain complete and accurate records across onboarding and credentialing systems Coordinate the collection, receipt, upload, and tracking of required clinician documentation Required Qualifications Healthcare experience preferred Some college coursework preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment
