Job Title
Pay Range: $12.20hr - $17.20hr
Requirement/Must Have

Responsibilities
- Learn assigned job duties and develop an understanding of how Tech Ops and Specimen Processing functions impact technical departments and result quality.
- Identify problems with specimen types or missing information regarding sorting, racking, centrifuging, delivery, and storage.
- Resolve or forward information to support timely problem resolution.
- Research test order information on translation tables, computer systems, and the directory of services to ensure compliance.
- Meet quality and production standards within 6 months of completing training.
- Complete all required written documentation legibly and within assigned time frames.
- Report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines to support the department during coworker absences.
- Learn additional functions within Tech Ops and Specimen Processing for career progression.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Nice to Have
- Medical background including medical terminology applicable to a clinical laboratory.
- Previous experience in a production environment.
