Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced and collaborative radiologist to serve as Practice President for their established and growing practice in the Milwaukee market. This exceptional opportunity combines clinical practice with dedicated leadership time, allowing a physician leader to drive strategy, build strong hospital partnerships, and mentor colleagues. Responsibilities
- Serve as the physician leader for a well-established radiology practice
- Influence practice operations
- Strengthen physician engagement
- Collaborate directly with hospital executives on initiatives that drive growth and improve patient care
- Partner with hospital executives and physician leaders on strategic initiatives
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and service line development
- Lead quality and peer review programs
- Support physician engagement and practice culture
Compensation

Requirements
- Experienced and collaborative radiologist
- Leadership experience preferred
- Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
