ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Practice Manager oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations in a primary care clinic, ensuring operational excellence and the successful implementation of value-based care strategies. This role bridges administrative functions and clinical collaboration, promoting efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
• Implement and manage value-based care strategies in collaboration with clinical leadership.
• Supervise and support staff performance, development, and team engagement.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.
• Lead quality improvement and patient experience initiatives aligned with care delivery goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.
• Demonstrated experience in staff supervision, financial oversight, and operational leadership.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position does have supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, including 2+ years managing medical clinics
• Basic understanding of value-based care models and healthcare regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems
