They are seeking a Practice Manager to join their Energy & Infrastructure team in Washington, D.You have 4+ years of experience managing a practice group at a law firm, including managing staffing, professional development, and workload allocation for associates Energy & Infrastructure experience strongly preferred MBA or equivalent industry experience considered Strong understanding of law firm operations, attorney utilization, and practice profitability Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and relationship-building skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, financial reporting, and data management systems

S. associate staffing and work allocation while monitoring attorney utilization globally Lead associate development initiatives, including training, mentoring, coaching, and integration Analyze practice financials, including profitability, billing, collections, and utilization Practice leadership receives proactive guidance on staffing, financial performance, and operational priorities Associate training and retention initiatives strengthen the practice
