If you know nursing, we'll teach you how to teach.What You'll Be DoingAs a Practical Nursing Instructor, you'll bring real-world nursing experience into the classroom and lab, helping students connect theory to what actually happens in patient care settings.You will:Teach practical nursing concepts through classroom instruction, skills lab demonstrations, and clinical guidanceShare real clinical experiences, best practices, and patient-care insightsMentor students at all stages of learning — from foundational skills to clinical readinessPrepare students for NCLEX-PN success and entry-level nursing rolesEvaluate student performance and provide clear, constructive feedbackParticipate in paid instructor training and ongoing professional developmentWork independently while being supported by a dedicated academic and administrative teamNo lesson plans from scratch.
