LPN Position in Access & Office of Community Care
The incumbent serves as an advocate within the community care program, is involved in continuous quality improvements, provides care and support for veterans using knowledge and skills to perform increasingly complex nursing functions within the community care continuum. Occasional travel of up to 25% is required for this position.
