The job entails inventory, stocking, cataloguing, and distributing of materials and tools to be used in an industrial environment. Knowledge of computers and tools such as Word and Excel is necessary; familiarity with ordering programs like SAP is preferred.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Inventory of parts and catalogingReplying to emails on stores tasksHelping associates check out materials through logReplenishing items used throughout the dayExperience:1 year industrial plant experience or stores/inventory equivalentQualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalencyPhysical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically via DocuSignMay be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 poundsMust possess enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified aboveMust be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areasMust have full range of motion consistent with ageMust be able to climb and maintain balance laddersMust be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noisesVisual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfacesSafety/Steel toe shoes are required.
