- May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. - Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:- PowerBuilder experience REQUIRED (prefers 5-6 years of experience, with recent experience)- Sybase experience HIGHLY PREFERRED. - Candidates with PowerBuilder and Sybase experience are ideal.
