JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Diagnose Issues : Inspect returned pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers to accurately identify problems and determine the necessary repairs.
• Repair Tools : Perform repairs on a variety of pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers, ensuring all tools meet safety and performance standards.
• Warranty Repair : Perform repairs on a variety of pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers under warranty.
• Testing : Test tools after repair to ensure they are functioning properly and safely before returning them to the customer.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed, including non-conformances and product reliability issues.
• Team Interaction : Communicate with engineer team on product related issues
• Miscellaneous : Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Consistently maintain good work attendance and productive work ethic. Perform other duties that may be required based on business needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure for task completion.
• Ability prioritize work activities to achieve desired goals.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Quick to learn in ambiguous circumstances.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 1-2 years of power tools repair experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in Spanish
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years of Power Tools Repair Experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field of study.
