This is a safety sensitive position.Key ResponsibilitiesMentor and lead technician teamExpert-level troubleshooting across all systemsStrong customer communication and supportAssist with quotes and project planningConfidently walk and bid jobsEnsure quality, safety, and professionalismAssist with scheduling and coordinationOther duties assignedPhysical DemandsThis job operates in a field environment.

Must be in good physical condition with the ability to routinely bend, squat, climb, kneel, push, pull, lift 50lbs or more, lift in awkward positions, stand, and twist for extended periods.Must be willing to travel out of the market/state for up to two weeks at a time.May be required to work long and unpredictable hours.Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background, drug testing, and DOT physical.Must be willing to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, ice, snow, and wind.Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles. Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus.Minimum Qualifications:Technical Skills:Must be able to work in a team environment and be a valued member of the crew and the company.Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have basic computer skills.Must be able to use an demonstrate senior electrical knowledgeMust be able to demonstrate an understanding of the proper use of common power/hand tools.Soft Skills :Must be able to communicate in person, by phone, and by email with team members and clients.Must be able to read, comprehend and carry out instructions.Must be able to work on a team and independently as required.Supervisory RequirementsThis position will directly supervise generator technicians.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position with a typical work schedule of Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 5:00 pm with overtime requirements or as directed by leadership. The work schedule is subject to change depending on market conditions which may require overtime, night work and/or weekend work.TravelDepending on market location and/or conditions, travel may be required.
