Description:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Platform Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem across an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Microsoft 365 & Power Platform strategy, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement enterprise governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Manage platforms including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Innovation, and business stakeholders.
- Support security, compliance, DLP, retention, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Microsoft 365 administration, platform governance, IT program management, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Graph, and Power Platform administration.
- Experience establishing platform governance models and implementing DLP/retention policies. xzgxqkn
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
