Please make sure your candidate is aware of this and agrees to this arrangement if selected that this could be requested.About The Role:A Power Platform Developer is needed to design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create custom business applications. This includes, but is not limited to developing, implementing, testing and maintaining custom automations using the Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.The successful candidate will:Work with agency Finance and other IT staff to implement an automated invoice processing solution using the Power Platform.Develop dashboards using Power BIDesign and build tailored apps for specific business processes and workflowsAutomate repetitive tasks and business processesBuild approval workflows, data collection from forms, and notification systemsDesign and implement data models using MS DataverseBuild connectors to integrate external data sourcesCreate intuitive user interfaces using Power Apps canvasIncorporate AI models for tasks like text recognitionEmbed Power BI reports and dashboards within Power AppsCreate interactive data visualizations and analytics toolsRequired:Experience creating automated workflows using Power Platform – Required 5 YearsExperience to define, architect, and implement solutions with Power Platform – Required 5 YearsUnderstanding PowerApps formulas and development methods to develop canvas and model driven apps – Required 5 YearsAbility to automate workflows and set up activities across various services using cloud flows and desktop flows – Required 3 YearsUnderstanding of Dataverse and SharePoint for data integration and management across Power Platform applications – Required 3 YearsExperience using standard & premium connectors within the Power Platform – Required 2 YearsAbility to solve a problem using critical thinking, including assessment of existing process to determine feasibility of automation – Required 3 YearsAbility to diagnose and correct programming errors – Required 3 YearsAbility to work with other team members on design of software systems – Required 3 YearsSome experience with User experience (UX) design – Desired 3 Years
