Power Platform Developer (Hybrid - Charlotte, NC)Pay Rate: $65.00 – $72.00 / hour (W2 Only- No Third Parties) Contract Duration: March 2, 2026 – January 29, 2027 Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 (Hybrid)The OpportunityOur client, a premier global financial institution, is leading a massive Digital Transformation across their Americas Division. As they modernize their technology and embrace a data-driven approach, they are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join their Charlotte-based team. This is a high-impact role where you won't just be building apps—you'll be a subject matter expert during the company's early adoption phase.

You will handle everything from gathering requirements and administration to application lifecycle management (ALM) and knowledge sharing with the wider development team.Role ObjectivesEnd-to-End Development: Design and deploy Canvas and Model-driven apps using diverse data sources (SharePoint Online, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)Environment Administration: Oversee environment health, security, and data governanceProduction Support: Troubleshoot production issues and refine code based on real-time feedbackCollaboration: Analyze business requirements to create design specifications and program-level documentationMentorship: Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions for developers who are new to the Power PlatformQualifications & SkillsExperience: 2+ years of dedicated Power Platform developmentCore Tech: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint OnlineData & Dynamics: Proficiency in Dataverse, Microsoft Dynamics, and Data GatewaysTechnical Languages: Strong foundation in DAX, JavaScript, C#, and TypeScriptMethodology: Experience working within Waterfall or Agile SDLC frameworksEducation: Bachelor's Degree with relevant professional experienceThe "Plus" FactorsAzure Integration: Experience with Azure AD, Storage, DevOps, Logic Apps, and Data FactoryAutomation: Proficiency in PowerShell and DataflowsIndustry: Prior experience in Financial Services or Banking is a significant advantageSoft Skills: Exceptional communication skills; this role requires interfacing directly with various business unitsWhy Apply?This is a chance to influence the "early adoption" roadmap of a global bank.
