Power Operations ManagerThis position oversees the City's electric utility field operations, directing transmission and distribution crews to ensure safe, reliable service for the community. The successful candidate will demonstrate an electrical safety and customer service focus. Working closely with the Energy Services Director, the Power Operations Manager leads utility professionals, supports critical infrastructure projects, and helps shape the future of Richland's electric system.This is a full-time, in-person position with a typical Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Flexible scheduling options, including a 9/80 schedule with alternating Fridays off or a 4/10 schedule, may be available. Final candidate must establish and maintain residency within a 30 minute or less response time to designated City facilities for emergency response.
