Leading power projects from planning through construction, the full-time salaried Power Operations Director will oversee technical processes, build project execution plans, and ensure successful project delivery in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead power projects from initial planning through construction, testing, commissioning, and final turnover Build project execution plans and coordinate engineering, procurement, field crews, and subcontractors Monitor project progress, productivity, safety, quality, cost, and schedule, taking corrective action as needed Required Qualifications Experience leading large-scale Distribution, Transmission, Substation, or utility infrastructure projects Demonstrated experience managing construction operations and multiple concurrent projects Experience leading Project Managers and field leadership teams Strong understanding of utility construction practices and project delivery Strong Business Development skills
