You will drive CAPA using 8D and 5-Why, partner with Supplier Quality to resolve SCARs, and establish SPC and qualification tests for thermal and operational stress.
Candidates should have 5+ years in hardware quality or power electronics, a BS in a related field, and ideally ASQ CQE or Six Sigma.
